The mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. They are shipped in good boxes. If your product arrives damaged please contact me right away.
Shipping: Purchases typically ship within 10 days in the United States. Mugs are shipped in rigid cardboard boxes. Shipping is calculated by weight and zip code. I can't compete with Amazon, but you know who you are buying from.
